Operator reading model for dense CTK runtime surfaces.

Timeline and analysis pages are intentionally information-dense. This guide reduces cognitive overload by showing what to prioritize first and what to ignore until deep debugging is required.

Timeline

Prioritize first: Read newest high-impact moments first, then confidence transitions, then supporting evidence.

What you see: Primary event, contradiction context, confidence state, safety gate outcome, replay path.

First question: Did confidence drop because contradiction grew or evidence went stale?

Operator action: Open replay branch before executing disruptive action.

Replay Chains

Prioritize first: Follow causal order: evidence -> contradiction -> adjudication -> gate -> outcome.

What you see: Deterministic decision path with branching action states.

First question: Which node changed trust enough to allow or block action?

Operator action: Validate the exact transition node before changing runbook steps.

Topology Tree

Prioritize first: Inspect changed or removed edges touching incident path.

What you see: Service/entity relations with confidence and delta movement.

First question: Did topology confidence collapse before runtime degradation?

Operator action: Treat topology delta as incident risk indicator, not visual metadata.

Relationship Inspector

Prioritize first: Review relation confidence trend and evidence freshness together.

What you see: Edge-level relation history and trust movement.

First question: Is this dependency still trustworthy for current recommendations?

Operator action: Resolve weak relation evidence before broad remediations.

Recommendations

Prioritize first: Read gate state and confidence context before action text.

What you see: Allowed/review/blocked recommendations with evidence-linked rationale.

First question: Why is this recommendation safe now?

Operator action: Execute only when trust layer conditions are satisfied.

Incidents

Prioritize first: Sort by pressure + low confidence, not severity alone.

What you see: Incident pressure cards with contradiction and evidence context.

First question: Which incident has highest decision risk right now?

Operator action: Address low-confidence high-pressure incidents first.

Signals

Prioritize first: Check missing and stale critical signals before reading secondary noise.

What you see: Coverage quality, freshness, stability, and missing diagnostics.

First question: Are we missing core evidence required for safe action?

Operator action: Restore missing/stale diagnostic inputs before high-impact decisions.

Safety Gate States

Prioritize first: Start with blocked/review reasons and required exit conditions.

What you see: Gate badges tied to confidence and contradiction posture.

First question: What condition must change before this action is allowed?

Operator action: Resolve gate reason explicitly instead of bypassing.

Confidence Labels

Prioritize first: Look at trend direction and cause tags, not score alone.

What you see: Confidence chips, transitions, and contextual decline/recovery signals.

First question: Is confidence improving or decaying, and why?

Operator action: Delay high-risk changes during confidence decay windows.

Turn concepts into live operational reasoning

1. Replay first

Open a deterministic replay to see evidence, contradiction, confidence, and gate state in one chain.

Open Replay Demo

2. Install desktop

Download CTK Desktop and run local-first observation for your workspace runtime boundaries.
