First Run Flow

1. Install

Download the installer package for your operating system and complete the desktop installation.

2. Sign In

Authenticate with your Core Trail Kit account to bootstrap workspace identity and entitlement posture.

3. Attach Project

Connect repository/workspace roots and choose Source Mode + provider mapping for your runtime path.

4. Start Observation

Run observation and open intelligence modules to get replayable, contradiction-aware operational truth.
