Decision Outcomes

Replay turns adjudication into readable operator outcomes.

CTK Replay is not only about reading the past. It is about understanding what the current replay window means now: what truth is accepted, what was blocked, what remains unresolved, and what should be reviewed before action is taken.

Operator Output

Narrative summary of the current truth posture
Confidence basis for the accepted or pending outcome
Blocked actions and unresolved questions
Recommended next review before risky action

Outcome Types

Replay stays explicit about how the window closed or stayed open.

Adjudication Recorded

Replay shows when truth shifted because a stronger interpretation displaced the previous one.

Safety Gate Blocked

Replay makes blocked actions legible by tying them back to confidence, contradiction pressure, and stale evidence.

Final Truth Updated

When enough support exists, Replay can summarize the current accepted truth and the next review operators should make.

Still Open

Replay is allowed to stop at unresolved truth. It does not force a clean conclusion when evidence cannot support one.
