Reconstruction

Replay rebuilds the story from explicit contracts.

CTK Replay does not guess its way into an operational narrative. Reconstruction starts from launcher authority, reads workspace signals through defined contracts, and only then derives the timeline and truth posture operators see.

Inputs

Launch context from CTK Launcher
Session bootstrap contract
Workspace usage, repos, services, events, and activity reads
Foundation intelligence from CTK Reason when available

Reconstruction Flow

A replay window is assembled step by step.

Validate Context

Replay accepts launcher-issued context, restores session authority, and blocks when context is missing or invalid.

Read Workspace Signals

Replay reads control-plane and workspace surfaces without taking over identity, selection, or observation setup.

Derive Replay Model

Signals are normalized into evidence, contradictions, confidence snapshots, timeline entries, and decision chains.

Assess Readiness

Replay explicitly marks the workspace ready, limited-fidelity, or unavailable depending on intelligence depth.
