Each chain starts from a serious marker: runtime observation, contradiction, adjudication, or truth update that changed operator understanding.

Evidence

Replay gathers aligned, contested, and supporting evidence into one chain instead of leaving them scattered across tools.

Confidence Movement

Chains track how certainty changed as evidence aged, contradictions appeared, or stronger observations arrived.

Final Truth

The chain ends with the current truth posture: accepted, unresolved, downgraded, or still awaiting operator review.
